Suppose I have my email account “[email protected] ” and I have already used this for creating a lets say, a Facebook account, now if I wanted to create another Facebook account, I clearly cannot use the same email address. But wait.. what if I told you that you can actually create another! Basically, with this trick you don’t have to create multiple email accounts just for creating accounts at various websites (ie. if your email has already been used for another account on some website). Which means, you can actually not just have 2 or more Facebook accounts with the same email address.
Instructions :-
Note: You will be needing a Gmail Account for this. It does not work with other email providers.
- Assume that your email address “[email protected] ” has already been registered on Facebook.
- Typically, if I had to create another account at Facebook, I would probably use another Email ID.
- But there is the trick. Instead of giving “[email protected] ” as your email, you could also give any other mail that is of the form “[email protected] ”.
- That is, gmail has this feature. Any email that has a “.” between the characteres is treated as the same mail and hence all the mail that goes to “[email protected] ” is actually redirected to “[email protected] ”
- You can use any other form such as:-
They will all get redirected to “[email protected] ”.
6. All the above emails are treated differently by Facebook and hence they can be used for creating multiple accounts.
